Carriage House Restaurant

After a full day of meetings and fresh air, unwind over a glass of wine and a gourmet meal in our Carriage House Restaurant, located in the Huyck family’s original carriage house. More than a century old, the carriage house was converted into a full-service restaurant accommodating 110 guests. For larger events, we can bring your guests under a tent outdoors.

Executive Chef John Murray and his talented staff artfully craft menus based on seasonal availability of fresh vegetables, fruits and meats from farms in our region. Our guests continually tell us that our food is among the best they’ve tasted. We bake our gourmet pizzas and artisan breads in our French wood-burning oven, and our in-house certified wine professional specially selects wines to complement your menu choice.
