Pleasures of the Palate Presents A Taste of Italy
Please join us for “A Taste of Italy: Olive Oil and Wine Tasting” seminar on May 25th, with the wine and olive oil directors from New York City’s Eataly market and restaurant, Dan Amatuzzi and Nick Coleman. It is an early evening event that gets people talking about food and politics, both nationally and internationally, while savoring the luscious pairings from places like Umbria, Tuscany, Sicily, Abruzzo, Liguria with high end Italian cheeses and salumi to boot!
Afterwards, migrate onward to The Palmer House for dinner where locally sourced foods are increasingly on the menu in every dish, and where our Eataly guests will assemble with their custom olive wood electric guitars to play rock music outdoors on the terrace!
